By registering an account with KisanPOS, you explicitly agree to follow and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
This document forms a valid contractual setup between the subscribing Merchant and Atya Connect, the sole legal proprietor and platform developer of KisanPOS. Access to the software is provided solely subject to structural alignment with these boundaries.
KisanPOS grants a non-exclusive cloud workspace utility license to agri-retail operators. All financial subscription structures, software version updates, and billing accounts are handled directly under the central enterprise management systems of Atya Connect.
Retail subscribers maintain exclusive liability for declaring precise item values, batch weights, and fertilizer configurations in complete harmony with India's Fertilizer Control Order and the Essential Commodities Act. KisanPOS acts purely as a cloud record mechanism and assumes no legal exposure for storefront ledger errors.
Subscribers are strictly prohibited from exploiting the integrated WhatsApp API frameworks to send unapproved promotional sequences, bulk spam streams, or malicious links to farmer contacts. Violations will result in immediate profile suspension.
